Ian Hill

As a global force celebrated for his profound impact on humanity and business, Ian stands as a pioneering figure at the forefront of the media evolution. 

His journey began in 2010 when he launched a groundbreaking live video streaming effort, setting the stage for NGBN TV’s innovative approach to content delivery.  

Ian’s visionary leadership extends beyond traditional boundaries, leveraging live video streaming and proprietary operational techniques to not only transform entire cities and major corporations but to consistently deliver quantifiable and enduring results. 

His innovative use of this medium has been a catalyst for redefining industry standards and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in media.

In a testament to his extraordinary capabilities, Ian not only broke ground in live video streaming but also shattered the world record for the world’s longest speech, showcasing his unmatched dedication and stamina in communicating impactful messages.

Beyond his revolutionary impact on the media landscape, Ian embarks on a remarkable personal mission, seeking to break a world record by becoming the oldest man to play NCAA D1 college football. 

This audacious endeavor serves as more than a record-breaking feat; it is a commitment to destigmatize mental health issues among middle-aged men. Despite facing an injury that interrupted his 2023 season at Antelope Valley College, Ian’s unwavering resilience propels him forward, inspiring others to prioritize mental wellness.

In addition to his groundbreaking achievements, Ian’s humanitarian initiative, “Let Them Be Kids,” has touched over 170 needy communities across the US and Canada by building playgrounds. Recognized by the World Leisure Congress as one of the most innovative social leisure programs, this initiative underscores Ian’s commitment to creating positive and lasting change.

Chris Rubio – Leadership Council Member

Chris Rubio

Branding and social media expert, Chris is an American football trainer of long snappers. His Rubio’s Long Snapping Camp is recognized as the longest-running long-snapping camp in the nation. Over the past 17 years, Rubio has helped over 1,700 long snappers play football in college and the NFL. Rubio runs Long Snapping camps all around the US, with the premier event being held in Las Vegas, Nevada.  

He selects the participants for the All-American Bowl and Polynesian Bowl each year. Rubio is a co-founder of the Patrick Mannelly Award, given to the best Long Snapper at the Division I FBS level.[8] Alumni from Rubio’s camps include former and current NFL long snappers, such as Cole Mazza, Aaron Brewer, Jon Weeks, Taybor Pepper, Rick Lovato, Kameron Canaday, Reid Ferguson, Carson Tinker, Scott Daly, Camaron Cheeseman, Jon Cardona, and Christian Yount.

Recently, Rubio has been featured in an NFL Films show on Long Snapping (Long Snapping Bros: A Closer Look at “the Mannings of Long Snapping” | NFL Films Presents), a full episode on Freakonomics and is also the host The Rubio Method and Decades shows on NGBN.

Brian Jodice – Director of Production Quality

Brian is a former TV broadcaster, having spent nearly 8-years as a sports reporter and anchor in Texas and Illinois. He has covered major sporting events, the Rose Bowl, and championship playoff action in the MLB and NFL. Brian is also the creator of PICK UP THE SIX show and the owner of PICK UP THE SIX, LLC a purpose-drive media production company based in Apex, NC.

He has a passion for reaching people through storytelling, whether it to be one person or millions. Brian believes everyone’s story should be heard, and we connect people to something bigger than themselves. Brian holds a degree in Electronic Media and Communications from Appalachian State University (Boone, NC) and lives in Apex, NC with his wife, Liz, and their two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, meeting new people and learning from them, bootcamp workouts with F3, and is also the host of F3 COT Podcast. 

Charles Schultz – Director of Fitness Programming

 

Charles is a 2x All-American at Youngstown State for baseball. Freshman year being recognized as a 1st Team Louisville Slugger All-American and then as a Senior be recognized as a NSCA Strength and Conditioning All-American.

Following his sports career Charles spent 15 years working in the fitness space as a trainer, manager, gym owner, and team strength coach. While training Charles also coached volleyball, softball, and baseball at the local high school and gave private lessons.

It was through coaching that Charles found his true calling to teach others about the pursuit of greatness. This led him to achieving a master’s degree from Ohio University in Coaching Education. After completing his master’s Charles founded the Edge of Greatness Project during the pandemic and starting the Edge of Greatness show that same year.

Charles lives in Wooster, Ohio with his Wife Erin and 3 children; Hunter, Sayler, and Charlie.

Dave DesRochers – Director of Professional Athlete Engagement

 

Dave DesRochers is the Founder and CEO The 1st & Goal Project, President of the NFLPA Orange County Chapter, recently elected to the NFLPA Former Players Advisory Board, Certified NFL Transition Coach & Co-host of HAWK TAWK.  

After retiring as a professional football player with the Seattle Seahawks (NFL) ’88-’89 and Montreal Machine (WLAF) ’91& ’92, Dave had to reinvent himself in a new career. Leading him down the road to spend a couple of years as a professional actor appearing in TV shows, commercials and movies before spending more than 20 very successful years providing wealth management services to hundreds of investors, families and small businesses. 

Dave joined a start up venture PATH2 in 2017 and left the company in 2022 to launch his non-profit The 1st & Goal Project. He has been instrumental in the development of Career Transition programs that help people find career happiness and success based on their unique characteristics, capabilities, and types of things they like to do

Raphael Esparza – Director of Sports Betting & Gaming Partnerships
