The Rubio Method is a light-hearted and funny show on mens’ health, led by Chris Rubio with co-host Nick Monaghan. Firstly, this show starts with Minute with Monaghan, where Monaghan gives great tips for men.

At this point our hosts answer three questions from listeners. Starting us off today we learn what type of sports dads they are regarding their backgrounds in sports. Then they share how they have maintained a friendship despite their many differences. Finally, we wrap up this segment when our hosts tell us the current tv shows they watch and if they watch them with their wives.

Rubio then asks Hibbard to share what he would recommend visitors should do in Lewiston, ID. Then we dive into the depth of the interview. Hibbard starts by sharing his experience in law enforcement and Army, addressing the mental aspect that goes along with it, and much more.
