S1E31 – Ryan Neufeld “Just Keep it Moving”

The Rubio Method is a light-hearted and funny show on mens’ health, led by Chris Rubio with co-host Nick Monaghan. You are going to love the stories that Rubio tells and the way in which he tells them, all while learning about being a more healthy overall man.  In today’s episode,”Just Keep it Moving”, our hosts discuss Connect 4, their pet peeves of their wives, remembering names, Monaghan and Rubio giving birth, the movie Tombstone, being Rubio’s roommate, The Miracle League of Frisco, the NFL and concussions, starting over and much more.

Firstly, this show starts with Minute with Monaghan, where Monaghan gives great tips for men.

At this point our hosts answer three questions from listeners. Starting us off today we learn what pet peeves our hosts have for their wives. Then we hear how our hosts make do with remembering names. Finally, we wrap up this segment when Monaghan and Rubio share their take on men giving birth.

The guest on this show is Ryan Neufeld. Ryan is a former NFL player, father to Bryn and Will, recently divorced and heavily involved in The Miracle League of Frisco. It’s a sports organization for special needs children from the ages of 5 through 22. Ryan talks about his own life going downhill after rooming with Rubio in college. He also stresses how important the month April is to him because it is Autism Awareness Month and how it helps his son, Will.

The second segment covers the interview with Ryan Neufeld. We learn Neufeld’s favorite line from Tombstone. Next we hear how cold it really was during his time in Buffalo, NY. After that Neufeld shares if his life has gone downhill since rooming with Rubio. Then we dive into the depth of the interview. Neufeld shares why April is so important to him and his family, his involvement in The Miracle League of Frisco and much more.

Moving into the Bottom Line segment of today’s episode, “Just Keep it Moving”. The Bottom Line is all of the “stuff you should have learned without even realizing you learned it.”
