The Rubio Method is a light-hearted and funny show on mens’ health, led by Chris Rubio with co-host Nick Monaghan. Firstly, this show starts with Minute with Monaghan, where Monaghan gives great tips for men.

At this point our hosts answer three questions from listeners. Starting us off today we hear how our hosts drive and how they treat other drivers on the road. Then we learn what their wives say about Rubio and Monaghan that are their pet peeves. Finally, we wrap up this segment when our hosts share the few times they have talked to their neighbors on a flight.

The guest on this show is Chad Ricardo. Chad is a student athlete advocate, multimedia journalist, husband, and father.

The second segment covers the interview with Chad Ricardo. The interview starts by learning if Chard views OBJ as overrated or not. Chad then shares which celebrity he would vacation with if given the chance. Next we hear which book is Chad’s all-time favorite. Before we dive into the rest of the interview we learn the story behind Chad naming his son Kobe.
