S1E37 – Anthony Cobbs “Do It All”
The Rubio Method is a light-hearted and funny show on mens’ health, led by Chris Rubio with co-host Nick Monaghan. You are going to love the stories that Rubio tells and the way in which he tells them, all while learning about being a more healthy overall man. In today’s episode, “Do It All”, our hosts discuss what to do if your friend is experiencing depression, pet peeves, dying your hair, major surgery, the movie The Usual Suspects, the LBC, friends cooking for friends, UCLA vs USC, treating everyone with respect, and much more.
Firstly, this show starts with Minute with Monaghan, where Monaghan gives great tips for men.
At this point our hosts answer three questions from listeners. Starting us off today we learn some of our hosts biggest pet peeves. Then they share their take on men and women dying their hair. Finally, we wrap up this segment by hearing what surgeries our hosts have undergone.
The guest on this episode is Anthony Cobbs. He is a renaissance man and one of the smoothest human beings on the planet. He is a UCLA Bruin, a husband and father, the host of AC Sports Live, the owner of the production company AC Media Pro, and has recently partnered with a trucking company.
The second segment covers the interview with Anthony Cobbs. First we start by learning one of AC’s favorite character from the movie, The Usual Suspect. Then he shares the top two players to come out of LBC, outside of himself and his son. Next we hear what dishes AC would cook up for Rubio if given the chance. Then we dive into the depth of this interview. AC and Rubio discuss a fantastic play in UCLA history, AC’s “do it all” mentality, his trucking partnership and much more.
Moving into the Bottom Line segment of today’s episode, “Do It All”. The Bottom Line is all of the “stuff you should have learned without even realizing you learned it.”
